Another excellent experience with the team. Mechelle noticed a new issue during cleaning that will result in a crown replacement ASAP. Every single aspect of the process for getting that scheduled is on target. Sandy and I very much appreciate the quality of both your service, treatment, and dental care!!

Dr Portales and his team are GREAT! I always feel welcome and safe when I arrive at his office. And I always know that Frankie will be looking out for any discomfort and does everything she can to make sure I'm relaxed. This Dental office looks out for the patient and I appreciate that.

Small town feel, in a growing county. The fact that Dr. Portales moved here from San Antonio to raise a family in Conroe shows his great taste. Before you ever sit down in a dentist chair, you can enjoy a hot or cold beverage in the lobby area in a comfortable chair viewing Classic Satire Texas Artwork. Great staff, great service, great dentist. No...actually, The Best Dentist in Montgomery County!

Hygienists are great but the dental work recommended and completed on me was not to my satisfaction.  Had a long time filling that dentist recommended I replace with a crown as they said I had another small cavity starting.  They don't do crown manufacturing in house so had a temporary crown put in.  It fell out before permanent crown came in.  After permanent crown was installed it took multiple visits to get the contour right so I could bite properly.  Nerve sensitivity never went away after more than a year.  After they told my wife my daughter had ten cavities after a previous perfect checkup, I decided to go elsewhere.  New dentist and endotontist said the nerve was irritated from previous work and the permanent crown was not installed properly and had seepage.  Ended up having to get a root canal and new crown.  All work done same day and crown fit great with no biting issues.  Same daughter went to another dentist and they said her teeth were in great shape and no cavities.   If you are just going for a teeth cleaning, great place but get second opinion on dental work based on my experience.
