There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this office. The staff are super amazing and friendly. Dr. Richard is amazing. He answered every question in great details. He also really cares about his patients too.

I called this office in alot of pain and swollen face. The lady who answered told me they could not see me until Tuesday (I called Thursday). She did not offer me any other option. The lady had absolutely no compassion. I ended up calling another office in Conroe and was given antibiotics. I will not use this office for my dental needs.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had.  I would recommend him to anyone.  All of his staff is super friendly.  He even personally called me the day after my appointment just to check on me. I will definitely be back  (hopefully not soon though 😀)

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist, even cleanings make me nervous. I've been going to Dr. Richards (referred by at least two friends) and his excellent staff for a couple years now  and although I've needed work done since going to him, he has never been pushy. He is always honest with his opinions, and finally I made the decision to have work done. He made sure I was completely at ease before, during, and after the procedure and I can't believe I didn't have anything done sooner! Hardly any discomfort at all! I highly recommend Dr. Richards and any one of his hygienists (I've seen two). Office is clean and welcoming, and they are usually always on schedule. My husband feels the same!

Last year, after our family's dentist of many years retired, it became necessary for me to search for someone new.  The selection of a dentist is major to me because it affects the health, comfort and finances of my family.  After careful consideration, my husband and I began seeing Dr. Richards last Fall and our overall experience has been extremely positive. Procedure costs may be a bit above average, but the quality and level of care are excellent and the office staff is very helpful with treatment plan options and the filing of insurance.  Dr.  Richards' office is relaxing, beautiful, and state of the art.  The Dental Centre of Conroe has met, and exceeded, my high expectations for quality dental care by expert and caring professionals.
