I've posted before Dr. Richards and all the ladies treated me like I was family. Y'all are awesome. I just got my final dentures and I'm amazed they look like real teeth. I've never had a smile that I could be proud of until now. Anytime I needed an adjustment or had any problems they were always eager to help and make me comfortable wouldn't let me leave until I was happy with whatever needed to be done. They always welcomed me with a smile that was a real smile not one they have to do because it's their job. I've felt like I was home with family when ever I call or come in. Dr. Richards has very good bedside manners. I've been so scared of dentist so when I went here I even called my kids and mom to tell them I loved them just in case something happens. I thought it was gna be painful and rough like before. I was shocked to how easy it was. It was over so fast I was waiting for him to start and he said he was done. No way but yes he was done and talked to me the whole time and played music and made me so calm. I like going to the dentist now. I'm going back to get my bottom teeth done. I highly recommend going here you will not get this kind of treatment anywhere else I promise. Thank you DDS Dentures for giving me the perfect smile.

HORRIBLE! For starters my father has Parkinson’s, when I first called to set the appointment I spoke to a lady and wanted a little more information and wanted to find out if he was a good candidate for dentures. She answered my questions and made me feel like he would do great. He had them done in March of 2017 and his upper teeth looked great but the bottoms stuck out so much, and they told him he’d have to adjust to them. He lost his upper teeth this month and had to get new ones made. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! He’s Had them redone twice now because they looked so bad. I spoke to a lady today which told me since he signed saying the mold fit ok that there wasn’t much they could do. We paid 3,000 his first visit and 600 for the replacement uppers and he’s not happy! He has lost so much weight because he can hardly eat, his teeth are huge and won’t stay in, and he’s very self conscious about them now. My advice to anyone looking into this place..find somewhere else, somewhere that actually cares about their patients and not just the money!

UPDATE: Since the lady told me there was nothing they could do, the office manager did reach out to my father and made things right. The lady at the front is not very helpful and rude over the phone. After my parents went back in the office manager and dentist agreed they were not done correctly and has since replaced them. They look much better and he has gained 7 pounds back so he is eating more. They still hurt a bit but much better. We Still wish he wouldn’t of gone this route, a Parkinson’s patient is not a good candidate for dentures.

I was a few minutes late to my appointment and still I did not have to wait long at all.  I was treated very professionally and also given printed details on my diagnosis.  I would recommend with my experience so far.

I have just yesterday had several teeth extracted and a new denture put in. I've never had such a GOOD dental experience; I know how could it be good...LOL. The Doctor and his staff handled everything perfectly. Thier explanations were excellent and complete. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am rating the  DDS Dental Office in Conroe with a  top Star.  Their services are very reasonable and I will consider them my preferred go to dental office over anyone else.  I have been to quite a few dentist offices and DDS does not make me feel that they are totally interested in the bottom-line.  I recommend them highly, especially Dr. Josh Hiler.  He's the best!
