CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and professional athletes worldwide. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Great place to workout. The staff is very friendly and the coaches push you to be at your best. Other gym members were also a big part of my motivation, they look for each other and give lots of advice.

I participated in a "6 Weeks to a New You" Challenge in November and was so impressed with the gym, I became a member.  The staff are caring and involved.  They want to be sure you don't get injured so every class is preceded with stretching and warm up exercises specific to the workout.   Class sizes are small and each person is given specialized attention.  The coaches are enthusiastic and encouraging.  I highly recommend!

After a very bad injury and months of sitting on a couch doing nothing i started looking for a gym. Having never been much of a "gym guy" i knew i needed motivation and guidance throughout the process, Aim Higher provided both of those things and much more. Their coaches are highly trained professionals who are constantly pushing you to get the most out of each class. Being aware of my injuries they were very mindful that i didn't re-injure anything, rather they helped in the rehabilitation process. Aim higher breeds a family type atmosphere in that any one class you have a wide range of skill levels and ages. If your on the fence about the gym and/or exercising in general, i encourage you take advantage of the free classes they offer on Saturdays or the "first week free" trial they offer.   You wont regret it.

If you are looking for a welcoming, well-equipped gym with workout versatility for all ages and sizes, the Aim Higher CrossFit is your place! The coaches take their time to focus on each of its members. They thoroughly go through the workout movements to ensure proper techniques are being practiced to gain maximum results and avoidance of injuries. It truly feels like a family, health designation, which I'm proud to be a part of!
