In just one hour, you get an intense and effective workout. The instructors motive you and check on your form constantly to maximize results. Orange Theory is made for everyone. You have a group of people, at different stages of fitness in their life, doing the same workout and truly getting great results, and I've never done the same workout twice since I've started.

Great place to work out. The trainers are very focused and are all super friendly. Highly recommend it.

First of all, the instructors are great and there was no issue with the facilities. I give them only 2 stars because the staff did not respect me as a person with integrity. I just cancelled my membership because the staff mistakenly downgraded my membership and having me get charged with additional classes. When I am at the class today and claimed that I never downgraded my membership, but they were 200% defended against me, giving me the look that I am lying and saying I was the one who requested for the down grade of membership. I had no memory loss and I knew I never down graded the service and therefore I asked the staff to speak with the manager; the staff came back saying they have the camera taken showing that I requested for the down grade. I immediately ask for the footage as proof and they declined to give it to me. Then, I asked my friend who started the membership the same day whether she asked for the downgrade and she said YES! No doubt, as a Chinese, I knew sometime people mis-recognized the face. I called them again just to tell them that please check their names before you applying any changes to the membership account. I want their apology and respect, but their response is: this is nobody's fault, just a miscommunication! How hard is it for them to admit that they made a mistake and apologize. And I have to pay for your mistake. Honestly, all people make mistakes and being charged more is nothing! However, I hate the fact that they made up stories claiming they had camera footage showing that I talked to their staff to downgrade the service! If you do, show me at the court!!!
