Love going to this studio! been a unlimited monthly member for over a year now. love the staff and other members! on top of that it is a great workout.

Pilates Strong Studio is excellent. I absolutely love going and for the first time see a difference in my body. Stephanie (owner) is incredibly flexible and accommodating. She's an excellent instructor, getting to know each of her students and understanding their strengths and weaknesses. She pushes you and gets you to the next level every time. If you haven't tried it out yet, you should. 5 stars for sure.

I had been going to another Pilates studio since June 2013 and wasn't happy with my progress... so I decided to take a complimentary class with a friend that goes to Pilates Strong in October.  I loved it from the first class I took.  I signed up for a membership the first day! 
I go to the classes several times a week and the owner keeps the classes interesting and challenging.    I don't know what I would do without Pilates Strong Studio!!
