Story

Waterbiking originated as a popular European fitness trend providing a cardiovascular workout while keeping its roots in rehabilitation and physical therapy!

We are the second WaterBiking Studio in the United States and the first in South Florida. Our studio offers a range of aqua based classes, that are low impact, high intensity, total body workouts that burn twice as many calories, while improving joint flexibility, promoting blood circulation, reducing cellulite & aiding in active recovery. Our class schedule includes WaterBiking, WaterFit, Restore & Renew and WaterCircuit classes!

The workout experience is superb. Staff members are helpful, motivating, supportive, very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. They have helped me recover from a long sedimentary life style (no exercising for 8 months) The physical atmosphere is inviting. I live 24 miles away from the studio, but look forward to driving there for classes. I highly recommend this workout to all levels.

Absolutely love THIS place! Whether a swimmer or non(swimmer)their full body, low impact classes are geared to/for all ages(as long as they-ONE-can reach PEDALS)& fitness levels!! The trainers & staff are experienced & completely customer-oriented--having the knowledge to match even-the/or beginner with their-soon-to-be-favorite resistance(in & under the 💦 water)based workout!!!!

Instructor Karen was very understanding of my limitations and need to modify the workout. She allowed me to work at my own pace - after all it was my first class - but kept me on target. It was a good experience and I will return for more.

It was absolutely fabulous! It really works you out and it’s fun! It’s also great workout for people who have injuries because it’s completely in the water. I highly recommend!!

Waterbiking Studio offers great, fun workouts! The instructors are tough but nice and you get a great swear even in the water. I highly recommend it
