This gym is a small place and the first time I came in, there were buff teens picking up and throwing down massive weights. There was music blaring loudly as well. Thankfully, the manager swiftly guided us as to how the gym worked and what they do. Overall, it's a good service and I know a few friends who come here. Unfortunately, it's just not for me. I recommend looking elsewhere for another gym if your prime focus isn't building muscle.

I love going to Iron Tribe Coral Gables! I always know the workout will be a challenge, but it's so rewarding to finish one! The classes are great and help build camaraderie with fellow gym goers. There may be a little bit of competition, but everyone is pleased to see others doing well and improving. The coaches are all superb. Coach Jacob always has a grin on his face and brings so much positive energy to the gym, you can't help but enjoy the class when he's coaching. Coach Ben is an excellent motivator and instructor in proper form. Coach Chris is so gentle in his instructions and encouraging as he sees you getting it right. Coach Alanna may be a new face, but she is the loudest cheerleader at the gym, always making sure each person in the class is noticed and cheered on. I love getting to work with all of these coaches and their positive, encouraging attitudes towards fitness. If you're looking for a gym experience like no other, Iron Tribe Fitness Coral Gables is the place to go!

I have had an awesome experience at Iron Tribe. The coaches have taught me how to exercise and what to eat. Before Iron Tribe, I exercised haphazardly and ineffectively. Since I joined, I've lost 50 lbs and gained muscle.

The iron tribe mantra is that they are a fitness center that changes lives. Iron Tribe is truly unique and superior to any other program I have been involved with and have definitely helped me achieve positive life changes. The program is carefully organized and rolled out in a way that you can count on achieving higher levels of fitness, energy, and health - regardless of your current condition and age. When I first entered the Iron Tribe gym thought 'Wow, interesting artifacts for exercising, but not for me'. Then coach Jacob shows up and shows me how to do a pull-up, and how assisting bands help you to get to that point. With his smile and bubbly personality he got me out of my doubts, I thought.,Maybe I could try a few months.
Fast forward to October 2014, and I'm still peeling myself out of bed to go to the earliest class. I'm hooked. All the coaches are wonderful. Coach Chris helped me a lot with technique in the weight lifting.
I love the fact that you have a different workout every time, and you also get opportunity to share with wonderful tribers. I highly recommend Iron Tribe.
