I am so happy I found Red Zone, it’s the best one hour work out, the variety of exercises and intensity are great. I love the staff, but most of all I love how I feel and look. I think that being able to track my progress during class and through the week with my app has also been an important part on keeping me motivated. Highly recommend it.

This place is amazing !!! I have not been to the gym in more than 10 years, a mother of 2 boys and it seems I never had the time to workout. Well, I made myself signed up and after surviving the first week I am officially in love with this place. I get some "Me time" while feeling good and exercising.  My awesome trainer Jose !! Thank you  for your patience !!

I lost all motivation at the end of 2017/beginning of 2018- Last year I tried the Kayla Itsines workout guides, getting into the habit of running, and even attended classes at Jetset Miami (Gables). Not bashing any of those things, but nothing stuck with me.

I am very excited about working out again after my first 3 classes at RZone this week. I got the unlimited month-,to-month and am looking forward to many more. 

So far I have only trained with Jose and Adrian, and they are both pretty awesome.  It's an unassuming, welcoming and clean environment were the instructors and staff are serious about their job.

I hadn’t worked out in over two years when my best friend suggested I give RZone a shot in September 2017.  I was a nervous wreck walking into my first class with her at the Coral Gables location, as clearly indicated by the heart rate information on the class’s TV screens.  Jose was the trainer that Saturday, and he kept a close eye on me throughout.  He graciously demonstrated a squat [more than] a couple of times when he saw me struggling.  Eight months later, RZone classes and the RZone family are an integral part of my everyday life.  I’ve dropped 21 pounds (i.e., almost 16% of my initial weight), I’ve maintained my skeletal muscle mass, and I’ve decreased my body fat by over 9%.  Adrian and Jose encourage me to challenge myself during each workout and they make class a comfortable and fun environment.  What started out as a private weight loss journey for me has turned into a huge wellness party full of old (and new) friends.  I now have the support group I need to achieve my fitness goals, and I can’t get enough of it! – Gaby G.
