Gary and his team are great. They really care and know what they're doing. I suspect the reviewer below might have mistaken their intentions -- if he had a relatively minor issue I could definitely see them telling him how to fix it himself to save time and money -- that's just how nice and neighborly these guys are!

If I could give them 0 Stars I would, I called them to ask a quote to replace a part, without even giving me a quote the  guys response to me was "why don't you just do it yourself" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The guy i spoke to really needs to learn what customer service is.

I recently brought my truck to Airport Auto with a "no-start" problem.  They diagnosed that the battery was bad and replaced it under warranty.  I bring my truck to Airport Auto because I trust that the work they recommend is something my vehicle actually needs or will benefit from.  They also stand behind their work with a very good warranty (which they honor).

Gary and his team took such awesome care of our vehicles in a very timely manner.  I have a Yukon, and for a while I'd been told the shocks need replaced.  The local dealership wanted a outrageous price to replace the shocks.  Gary and his team were able to save me a lot of money by only replacing the shocks that were worn out.  Plus, they were able to do it in just one day!  I was so glad to have my car back just in time for a road trip!  Thanks, Gary and your team.  You are the best!

Great shop that tells you the real deal about your car with correct estimates. They also gave me a ride home a picked me up when my car was ready, awesome service. Plus they have a great selection of old fashioned sodas that are free for customers. Definitely different than a typical car repair chain, very high quality and knowledge here, they take pride in their work.
