What a great dealership!! Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Chris Salter. Chris was amazing!! He sold my daughter her Buick and sold me my Cadillac. Couldn't ask for a better salesman, If you are looking for a new ride.... Al Serra is the place to go. They have what you are looking for!!!

I did not have a good experience...maybe just bad luck. I came in with two problems; we will refer to as P#1 and P#2.

The estimate for P#1 was $2,300. I called around and found other shops would do P#1 for $1,400 so I declined the work at Al Serra. When I declined P#1 due to cost they suddenly were able to drop it to $1,700?! The explanation for the ability to drop so much had to do with the tech and the labor. So did they put put a faster tech on it? I want the lower price of $600 without asking for it! This is much feels like I was being ripped off on the first quote. I apreciate the offer but why so much more on the first quote?

The estimate for P#2 was $100. I said I wanted P#2 done but the part would have to be ordered. I specifically asked if I would receive a call when the part came in, was told yes, and have heard nothing since. I probably would have heard something if I did P#1 so this feels like a shunning because I turned down the other work. 

I will be finding another dealer to do business and hope to have better luck. Being in the market for a new car now I want to find a good one and feel like I am getting the best deals!

Al Serra is our dealer of choice for sales/service for all of our vehicles. We've always been able to get into the vehicle we wanted, for the payment we felt comfortable with. We would highly recommend Rob Collins in the sales department, he's great to work with. Al Serra's service department has always taken very good care of us, every time. We highly recommend this dealership!

Worst ever.  Sales people don’t acknowledge 
Called ahead for service to have car ready to catch flight.  Was assured it would be.  Waited 25 minutes till they brought car and not washed either.   Every time this is an issue.   The worst service.   Will be buying vehicles elsewhere from here on out!   Two tommorrow actually !

I was told about this dealership thru a friend and worked with Chris Salter to get my 2016 Grand Cherokee.  This was the best experience I've had at any dealership.  Chris was very accommodating and not pushy.   We will be back to see him when we decide to lease or purchase another vehicle.  I highly recommend Chris.
