A first class experience. My name is Tamera and I bought my Cadillac from Scott Garretson a couple of weeks ago, and I must say that he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional.  When I first walked in,  he greeted me with a smile and was easy to talk to. I already had in mind the kind of vehicles I was looking for and he didn't hesitate to show me the specs, carfax, and pass along the keys to test drive. I never felt pressured and he seemed more concerned with ensuring that I had a dependable vehicle that I would be happy with. Scott was happy to offer lending help, but we had our lender in mind and they were patient with us and even held our vehicle for an entire week because our lender was located in another state and did not allow electronic checks. Of course,  had we known that, we might have gone a different route. Anyway, when we finally picked up our car, we noticed some big scratches that we didn't notice before and they offered to repaint the hood for no extra cost. Once it was done, they delivered it right to our home. Scott even had an extra key fob made. Wow!!! I am so impressed, like way beyond impressed.  Honestly,  if I could give more than 5 stars,  I would.  I highly recommend Scott and the entire Al Serra team. Thank you so much!!!!

I am recently widowed but needed a vehicle. From the moment we reached out to Al Serra Cadillac, my children and I were treated with compassion and kindness. Truthfully, we thought the XT5 would be out of our price range. Kenny and Scott were fantastic. We were given more for our trade than any other dealer, for the first time ever when we sat down to sign papers, the price was less than we discussed. We were not pressured for any extras we were given a great deal and treated like family. we are driving an XT5 and I highly recommend Kenny at Al Serra Cadillac.

We just purchased our new SUV from Bobby and the experience exceeded our expectations from start until finish. Defiantly highly recommend!!

Both my fiancée and I bought cars here from Kenny B this week and are very satisfied. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we left with what we wanted. Definitely would recommend him to my family and friends.
