We just bought a used Honda. The battery was installed new Aug 2016. We called the dealership, explained we had just bought the car, and had the receipt for the battery. The said it would be covered under the warranty and we scheduled a service call for the next day.  Once there we were checked in and after a half hour told it would not be covered. They then tried to charge it when we told them it had already tested defective. No real apology for wasting 2 hrs of our time. No support for standing behind a Honda battery that was obviously defective. I have never had as frustrating an experience with a dealer before and this has made me unlikely to buy a Honda again. Definitely not from this dealer!

Ross was really great to work with.  When I first came to the dealership, he saw me in the car lot and approached the area of the lot I was looking in but kept his distance until I acknowledged that I was ready to talk.  I really respected that-especially when he could have been like the many other pushy salesmen I've encountered in the past.  Ross was very informative, patient and a pleasure to work it-He really went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted.  I will definitely be back to see him when it's time to trade up.

Great experience working with Jarret while buying my CR-V.  He showed me all the options, gave me time to test drive and get to know all the different styles available.  I've only had GM cars in the past and this place has converted me.  Great, quality cars that are ALL fun to drive.
The whole experience was fun, easy and informative.  In the end I got my dream car.  
Very happy customer!

My salesperson was amazing. She did not give up until I was driving away in the vehicle I wanted with all the amenities I required. Management was extremely helpful as well making sure they used the best avenues possible possible for my situation. I highly recommend Al Serra Honda!

I had an amazing experience buying a used Honda Civic from Honda of Grand Blanc. Ross Nolan was a very reliable, helpful, and accommodating sales representative. He walked me through the entire process and found a car that meets all of my needs while also staying in my budget! The staff and management at Honda of Grand Blanc went above and beyond to meet all of my needs! I highly recommend going through Honda of Grand Blanc.
