On today I was waiting in line at the tire center, there were 2 people in line ahead of me. Another couple walked into the tire center area then over to the key stand.  The tire center cashier was outside assisting a customer and it looked to be at least two other tire center employees in the bay area.  One of the other two employees from the bay area (Brandon) came to the counter and cashed out a male customer who was waiting in line two ahead of me.  That same employee (Brandon) then went over to the couple who just walked over to the key stand and began assisting them.  After, Brandon asked if I needed help.  I told him that I was here before the couple he assisted.  Brandon then asked what did I need.  I told Brandon that I wanted an oil change.  Brandon then pointed in the direction of the employee (cashier) who was assisting a customer in the lot, (pretty must saying he could not help me or that's not my job).  

I made a complaint with the store manager.

Brandon is tire center has poor customer service..

I give Walmart in Grand Blanc  zero stars for POOR SERVICE.  Thanks for nothing Brandon...

I ordered 3 tires friday and was told to call Monday after noon. I called not just once but 4 times and each time I let the phone ring for 3 to 5 minutes and never any answer except when customer service answered and retransferred me to tire shop.  The service in store was great but I would like to be able to call and get info before I drive all the way there and my product not be there. Kind of irritating.
