For years it has been EXCELLENT! Always up  front and honest, and realistic.  Goes out of the way to make sure your kept up to date on whats going on. VERY professional , personable, and prompt. 
6-29-17:Ryan was amazing, knew exactly what I wanted to do, and did everything in his power to come up with options. He looked through every brand, every model, every trim to come up with something for me. He never left me in the dark, and got the deal done in 1 afternoon. I have never had that done before. I couldn't be happier!

I made my service appointment on line and it went to the wrong area. Arron got me in promptly and took great care of me. I have bought 3 General Motors automobiles from Al Serra and would not consider going anywhere else.

Jon Paris in sales is the best. I would not buy from anyone else. He is with you forever. Truly concerned even after the sale and wants the customer to have the vehicle that is right for them. Honest, friendly...I could go on and on. I have a Buick dealer 2 miles down the road but I would rather drive 15 to work with Jon.

I waited 6.5 hours for them to fix the recall on my car, they said on the phone roughly an hour or two. Now the wait isn't what ticked me off its that they put a "pass key" on my original key and handed me the keys. Yes it took these elites took 6.5 hours to put a pass key on my key (with glue) now comes the real blast. NOTHING WAS FIXED! My car has the same exact issues, the recall was for fixing the ignition security issue, it was a manufacture issue and these guys toss a pass key on my key and that's it, car was not touched at all. Extremely poor mechanical skills and knowledge if there mechanic couldn't fix the actual issue. And no one decided to check his work apparently. Place is a joke. Manager never reached out to me either..

My experience with Jon Paris at Al Serra was excellent.  He was patient in explaining everything that needed to be done to purchase the car that I had been driving and leased through him three years ago.
