I always use Alamo! Great service. I left something in the car and hoping they have it. I haven't heard back from lost and found very concerned hoping they put my belonging in a safe place....still waiting to hear!!!

I had reserved a car through Priceline at another rental company, which ran out of cars and would not honor my reservation. So I just walked over to Alamo. They were incredibly helpful. The lady at the desk (name starts with S, can't remember) was really nice. They gave me a reasonable price for my on-the-spot rental and went out of their way to get me the best car possible. I asked for something fuel efficient, and the guy helping me choose a car went out of his way to get me a hybrid. It was awesome! Nice work, Alamo!!

The people at the Fresno location went above and beyond to help and make my rental experience a pleasant one. They even provided their business card and ability to email them during the rental if there were any problems. They even resolved a problem with my frequent flyer number in my reservation.

Rent with Alamo every time we need a rental. This time was extremely disappointing. The line was long, only one person at counter. He was rude and very unprofessional to everyone in front of me and I was no exception. The one star is for the pick up portion. However, upon the drop off customer service was excellent. I had three people in front of me and the attendant addressed each one of us letting us know she would be with us shortly. She was friendly and professional.
