My wife and I were in a bind a few months ago and needed to swap out an Enterprise car from Mammoth Lakes and drop off a different one at LAX. Very long story,, not worth getting into. Daniel Flores and Sean were understanding and extraordinarily helpful. They got all the paperwork done in a hurry, got us another car, and we made our flight. Nice guys, who went beyond the call of duty, and it made a big difference. Thanks, guys. Highly recommend this place!

My original poor review has to do with the Enterprise phone system rather than the employees. I had absolutely outstanding service from Adriana Carmona and Daniel Flores at Enterprise this week. My car had mechanical difficulties on Friday morning. A new Transformer movie was filming in the area wiping out the inventory of car rentals in the small isolated communities in the Owens valley. I really want to get home to the Salt Lake City area by Saturday evening, and despite the difficulties, Adriana and Daniel, who is from the mammoth Enterprise, totally made it happen. Both Adriana and Daniel went well beyond the Call of Duty the only reason I'm not giving a five-star has to do with the call service system at Enterprise. Which put me on endless holds and has a poor phone tree. Thank you Enterprise for your continued excellent service

Beyond the worst. I was told three times I would be picked up. Waited almost three hours and then told, no we are not picking you up. No one answers the phone there. It is like the Third World. Avoid at all costs.

This is for the Enterprise at Bishop, CA, went to drop off the car a day early and there was a line waiting to go in.  Of course closed for lunch from noon to 1. Big sign on door.  Well it's 1:20 and no one was there.  I used the drop.  Felt sorry for the hikers who were waiting to get their vacation started
