The rental car was clean and the service was good; there were a lot of people renting the day I picked up my RAC and it took a little while but it was right before Christmas and it was to be expected.

I know that no cares about this but I reserved a med suv and verified that they would have one for the 23rd of December for my Christmas trip.  They picked me up and when I got there no SUV's in the parking lot in the lobby there was 10 customers waiting after 45 minutes of wait time then they tell me I have to take a car no warning of we don't have an SUV.  A car would not work for my trip and they said sorry we can't help you very non apologectic so with those words my Christmas was cancelled all other rentals locations were closed and I had to come back home and tell everyone no Christmas
I'll never use Enterprise again

First and last time I rent here. I asked for a mini SUV and they said they had one but when I got there they gave me a compact car saying the person they were expecting to turn in the mini SUV MIGHT have extended their rental.  They could have called to communicate this to me so I could have had time to find other options before settling with the compact car.  It's graduation season and I understand everyone is coming to see their loved ones graduate so the options are limited but they could have communicated this information.

Really didn't like the customer service. I called about returning my rental a day early. The man on the phone said it would take $68.13 off of the price of the rental. When I get down there they only took the amount of the insurance I added to the car for the day an nothing more. I was upset and it was obvious there was 3 employees helping me. One who seemed to act as a manager and she didn't even help me just try to act like she was going to handle the disgruntled costumer. This location has gone down hill in the customer service department. When I look online its really not a good price that I got on that rental at all. Thanks a lot Enterprise I won't rent from you again.

I had got into an accident a month ago was finally going to get my damages fixed ,that wasn't my fault, the other insurance company was paying for my rental, I get picked up from the auto body shop to get my rental at enterprise, I get there and I'm asked for my license and proof of insurance I wasn't aware that I needed to bring my insurance card, which I understand now that you need to, it was my first time getting a rental. But then I was responded with a rude remark "why can't everyone keep a copy of their insurance card in their wallet, I guess that's just me". She then looked up my insurance, I have full coverage but apparently she was told if I switched to another vehicle I only have liability and I later called my insurance when I got home  and they said that was false that I should've been able to get a rental because I have full coverage even if I was to transfer to another vehicle. We tried to go about it a different way but it didn't work out and I live 45 min away and had no way of getting home with my 3 month old son and my husband and we weren't able to have anyone pick us up. I was then told to contact the auto body shop to get my car back but they had closed at 5 and it was 5:30 at that time. She had said sorry there's nothing I can do for you with some attitude. Like I get it it's a Friday and it was an hour before closing and everyone just wants to go home but that is no way to treat a customer. Thankfully, the really generous branch manager was able to give us a ride back home and we were able to get home.
