I can truly say that the service was good from the moment I walked in the front door until my rental was ready to go.

It seem that the Rental Manager, Kelsey Meyers, knew what she was doing, as I've said, from the start to the finish, and I was very pleased with the service.

I would recommend Enterprise to my friends and family that may need a rental, and would hope that any further needs that I may have from Enterprise, it will be all thumbs up as this one was.

This is my 3rd time renting from this Enterprise and I always leave satisfied. Their service is great, friendly and professional staff, and the cars are always clean and reliable. I've never had any issues and I will keep coming back whenever I need a rental.

I would like to thank Enterprise for the wonderful experience I had during this stressful time of being in an accident. Kelsey was the sales representative I worked with throughout the month long process of needing a rental vehicle. She was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the rental process. I would recommend this shop again, for recreational or insurance needs.

Service reps in the office were very nice and courteous.They get 5 stars!  I thought when I picked up the car it would be ready to go. I ended up waiting about 45-1 hour for a car to be picked up from Morgan Hill. Once the car was delivered it smelled like a gym room. The car was dirty and I ended up cleaning the inside . I actually had to buy an air freshener because of the smell. My husband and I could not last 6 hours in the car with the smell. We would have returned the car but we're leaving out of town that day.
