Went in, had a choice of 3 vehicles, employee was very helpful on the choices, chose car (mazda cx-5), drove car and then returned car.  Everything went fine, no complaints on anything.

Really bad experience from Enterprise Lansing airport. I had a monthly rental and I could not get anyone to answer the phone to renew my first month's rent. The email address given was also a non-working email. I had to take off from work to find a local Enterprise store to help me and they did (Enterprise Mt. Pleasant, MI). They had no access to my agreement because airports have different systems. So, the manager got a hold of someone from another airport (MBS) who called me and took care of the renewal over the phone.

When I checked out, the attendant asked me if I fill up the tank with gas and I said 'yes' of which I did. He never inspected the car to check me out. It's a one-man attendant for both the Enterprise and National Car rental. Can't get much customer service here.

I had had an issue with a previous rental, and as a result the manager at this site had given me a free upgrade, and free half tank of fuel. I used it on this occasion without any issue, or previous notification to the person at the desk. Staff there were polite and accommodated the request. I had a very good experience renting from the Enterprise at the airport in Lansing MI, USA. I will rent again from that location.

I booked thru Delta website to pick the car at Lansing but as per them pick up appearing as Chicago (drop place).  The manager took care of this and give me a rental car with upgrade.  The staff was also nice and courteous.

Enjoy enterprise. If you set up a reservation online it makes it quick and easy. When you set up online you pick it up unlimited miles easy return if you need extra days just call ahead and they will assist in all way. I have rented a few cars threw enterprise and every vehicle I got was clean well maintained and very easily handled and driven.
On top of renting you are also able to purchase a car straight from enterprise with that I hear bad reviews about the idea of purchasing a rental as a personal but I wish to make it known here. All the vehicles they sell are continually well maintained and they do not sell any of thier vehicles that have been involved in any reportable accident not to say you wont find a scratch but every other aspect of the vehicle is in prestine condition as if its new off the lot low mileage great choice of car.
And if you get a rental and they have a few different choices they let you choose
