Trent Torres & Javier Sr. are the best at what they do. I had a last minute diamond fiasco with my ring & they made it happen to where I could walk out within the same day. I write this phenomenally grateful at the effort they put into this for me. I felt very special & will always recommend the Schererville Albert's Jewelers in the future. On Saturday November 25th I shopped at Albert's. Always heard about the service and prices. Met Aaron Gray for the first time. WOW. He treated me like a rock star (needs to have eyes checked). Not enough stars to record the service I and friend received. He gained a life customer that day.

Than you Aaron for the great Seiko watch. I'll be back again and again.

Great experience.  Albert's staff is top notch.  Didn't have to wait long, very helpful and polite.  Made my wife's Christmas so much better, and didn't have to break the bank.  The free beer was the icing on the cake.  Can't say enough great things about them and would recommend to anyone to shop at Albert's.

Hello, on Saturday, 10/14/17 around noon time, my husband and I entered Albert's with our 11 yr. old daughter to purchase her first pair of big girl earrings 😊.  Ms. Eddie assisted us and she made the experience so much more special for our daughter. She gave us excellent service and was kind and patient.   We highly recommend Ms. Eddie and she will definitely be our go to person. We love Albert's and greatly appreciate the individuals you have representing Albert' s. Thank you all and God Bless!

I stop in a few times a year.  The service is always fast and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional.  You can’t beat the selection and the store has a great atmosphere!  It’s definitely worth a visit.
