This is a fantastic local jewelry store. I say absolutely forget the big jewelry stores, like Albert's. Go with the smaller local businesses. Highland Jewelers is just as nice. The selection is breathtaking and a huge variety. I haven't used him yet, but the in house custom jewelry maker trained in Europe and supposed to be very, very good.

Thieves and conartests had a engagement ring custom made here and bought a high quality diamond about $9000 ring total was over $1050. A few years later I got it appraised at a couple of other jewelry stores (Alberts was one) was told it was a very low quality diamond chipped and flawed. No one wanted the diamond but was offered  $1000 for the ring only. Took it back to Highland and refused to even look at it and denied I bought it there. Do get robbed here get a second apaisal right away!!! This is all true!! This ring never left our sight for someone else to alter it!!

I'm so very Thankful for Karen and her knowledgeable courteous Staff . I wish I could give them a 10 🌟🌟 rating.  They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I don't want to go as far as saying they were rude because that's not the reason for this review. I brought in a couple of pieces and they didn't even seem like they wanted to look at them. Had a broken diamond chain and they didn't even take a close look, they just pushed it aside, assuring me it was worthless costume. No acid test, no look through a loupe, not even a close naked eye look. Just a glance and a quick answer. The sterling ring I brought in, they didn't even want to weigh. They just told me sterling is not worth much, which we all know but I asked them to please weigh it anyway. When she brought it back she said it was worth like a dollar and they didn't want it. I don't know how they have a straight 5 star average review if that's how they treat people and their items. Could have been a fluke, could have just caught the employee on a bad day but those are still poor excuses. Ive been treated better at pawn shops.  I will gladly take my items and business to another establishment
