Today was my anniversary and I was in search of a wedding set to replace what I lost years ago. The saleswoman was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of the products coupled with her understanding of what I wanted resulted in me leaving a very satisfied customer. I greatly appreciate the patience and effort that the sales ladies exerted in ensuring that I got what I wanted, making my day even more special!

When I walked into the store Mary W and other staff greeted myself and daughter with warm friendly smile. Mary was very knowledgeable about the products and credit.  Great customer service!!!

Shopping for a birthday gift was a joy at Albert's (Merrillville) tonight. Nancy's customer service was welcoming and attentive. This was my first Albert's purchase but definitely not my last. Thanks Nancy & Peggy.  Good old fashioned "friendly" customer service lives at Albert's.  Nancy,  you made me a fan! Thanks for everything!

Always  have wonderful time at Alberts, the service is exceptional! Alberts is a one stop shop if your treating yourself or if your shopping for someone special. Make no mistake you will receive 5⭐️ service from the moment you walk in the door until exit the building. I’ve been shopping here for 7 years, the service  and treatment is consistently on point!
