Without a doubt this has been the best Jewelry purchase I’ve ever experienced!   The quality is second to none.  From the moment I walked in, the entire James & Sons staff made me feel like family.  I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.  I was pleasantly surprised in how much I learned from the staff.  A big plus for me was that I never felt pressured.  James & Sons is where I go for all my jewelry needs.

The store was spacious, well lit and organized. Rosa was very personable. She answered all of my questions and made helpful suggestions. The service provided was prompt and complete. My jewelry was completely renewed!

Cindi is wonderful!! She helped my Husband and I with our Wedding bands and some other jewelry. Cindi is very friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about you. We will difintely be back to purchase more from her in the future. Just love her to pieces!! We could not be more happier with James and Sons and Cindi.

The customer service was incredible.  I came in with a budget and the help I received was nothing but the best. I was shown many rings and we found the perfect one. I will recommend this establishment to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and great customer service at a very reasonable price.

Just went in to look for a few bracelets. And had the best experience I've ever had at a jewelry store before. I was treated like they had known me forever. Cindi..is the best. And because of her..ill be back and recommended the store to others
