Stellar staff! I was traveling home to Austin from Northwest Arkansas and Skippy my yellow FIAT said he had low air pressure in a tyre. I stopped at the first FIAT store GPS found. They were able to check, fix, and get me on the road quick! They even washed the travel dust off Skippy for me! AND NO CHARGE. Thanks!! One last thing, come to Austin FIAT and help them design more comfortable waiting room like yours please!!!

Dakota Mitchell was great to work with. Professional, Courteous, and friendly. The dealership made the agreement process easy and stress-free. I didn’t feel pressured or tricked. I feel I got a fair deal on my car and they were honest. I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Fiat, to come here and ask for Dakota Mitchell.

Had a great experience buying from Fiat of McKinney. Dakota Mitchell was the first person to respond when I sent out my search request for info on a new Spider. He was very helpful, putting in extra effort to find the perfect new 124 for me with all the exact features and packages I wanted. And he was always very responsive while we waited for the car to arrive. Very happy customer here!

This dealership is amazing!!!!! The customer service made me feel like I was a superstar. They have such a peaceful atmosphere. The process was an easy process and I GOT THE CAR OF MY DREAMS!!!! Dakota Mitchell was such an amazing person, not a salesperson, a real, live, caring, empathetic person. We were so impressed with his human approach that we drove all the way back from Lubbock so we could purchase our car from him. We had a great experience and we highly recommend Fiat McKinney and Dakota.
