Service advisor Cody was amazing!! I had a tiny issue that I contemplated not even mentioning however I did and within minutes the service director Tony called me. He went above and beyond to make things perfect. Would recommend using this dealership for any service you need.

Just wanted to say Eric did a great job! After looking at some cars then calling Eric back a few days later as to which one I decided on (again 2 hrs before closing). When I arrived Eric had all the paper work ready to go. It was fast and painless. Thanks for the easy and smooth transaction! I promise I will be returning! Charles

I have always enjoyed the service. The staff is very courteous and professional. And they love my dog, Skipper. I only have one suggestion - It would be nice to have some benches or chairs outside. That would be nice.

Ray Ray was absolutely awesome to work with! I called in about a specific car on their lot and he was quick to give me information about the vehicle and had it pulled to the front before I even got there. The paperwork was a smooth process and their finance department was very nice and patient. If you're in the market to buy a car to go Ray Ray, you won't be disappointed! :)

Great dealership to buy from. Friendly helpful staff that’s not pushy. Family pointed us in Tommy direction since they had such a great experience buying cars thru him. Tommy was the best car salesman that I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He made buying two cars at the same time go easier and quicker then buying one car has in recent years. Tommy was very knowledgeable and able to get us out the door with the cars we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Looking forward to a good relationship here at Bob Tomes Ford.
