I needed a replacement vehicle for my car that was totaled out by an insurance company and needed it quickly.  Gus in the used car sales assisted me.  He was very polite, listened well to what I said I was in need of, and helped me get a vehicle that fit my needs.  

The staff was very helpful, as well as patient.  There was only some minor issues with the vehicle that were discovered after the purchase, and they were quick to get those issued fixed for me to help insure the safety of my son and I.  

Over all I was extremely please with Gus and his fellow co-workers and how they treated me with respect and were eager to assist in anyway they could.

I normally don't write reviews but I have to share my car buying experience. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Honda Cars of McKinney today. This is our 5th Honda from this dealership but our first time working with Marlon. He was absolutely wonderful. Not only did we get the car we wanted, we also got it at an excellent price. He was very patient and super kind which made the experience seamless. That is a rarity in this day and age when it comes to car shopping. If you are interested in purchasing a new Honda, please go see Marlon at Honda Cars of McKinney. He will make your car buying experience worth the drive.

The salesmen were polite. However, the salesman did not clearly explain that the car I purchased did not  actually have navigation. Navigation was one of the most important things I wanted on the car. It came with on star capibility with a subscription service and that only provided voice commands and not full navigation.  I called the next business day. I wanted to return the car and purchase a different vehicle from them .Took 3
tries to get someone to talk to. Finally was able to talk to sales manager the next day. He offered no satisfactory resolution.

Roger Wolf was great to work with.  I arranged a sale from out of state and he came through with everything promised.  He called me on the morning of travel to confirm some details, so all the paperwork would be ready upon my arrival.

I did a multi-state search for a great deal and had several options.  I am glad I chose to do business with Roger.

Tyler B. Wilde is an excellent salesman. Professional and kind, he treated us to lunch (my father and I), my first vehicle and after visiting several other locations, none have shown above the rest like this one. He was very reasonable and honored our askings. Him and his team did an excellent job of getting me in the right car, the right way, with SUPERB timing.
