My name is Danielle Stanley. This is our second time at this dealership.  We have bought two cars and both times were excellent.  James Troy and Jared are the best.  They really help you get what you are looking for.  Each associate was very patience with is while we picked out our cars.  The sales person never acted like we were a problem after bring up 5 truck's for us to look at.  When we said no next one he said you got it.  We will never go to another dealership.  We found our home and will be going back each time we want a new car.  Jared in the finance company was absolute amazing.  He really helps his customers.  Great work dodge city.  You have made a customer for life.

I was having car trouble so naturally I believed the best place to take my car was to the dealership... big mistake! They kept my car for two weeks and then when I finally got my car back, it was in worse shape then when I turned it in. Stuff was thrown all over my car, the backseat was drenched from rain from where they left the window cracked so my car stunk! Then it was making this odd vibrating noise. One week later after they serviced my vehicle and I had my 807 dollar shifter installed my "new shifter" gets stuck in park and I have to have towed back to the shop! The service dept promises they'll have it looked at and fixed by Monday but when I call Monday they get rude with me and tell me they have other cars in front of mine. Don't make the same mistake I did. They're rude and completely incompetent
