We bought the 2017 Toyota Sienna and my wife and I are very happy with it. Pat Lobb's Toyota is a warm & friendly place.They also had a room where our 2 year old could play with toys. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience. We had the privilege of working with Apollo. Apollo was very hands-on and knowledgeable about Toyota and their products. I would recommend asking for Apollo if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle from Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney. However, if he is not available, the other representatives we had contact with at Pat Lobb's were very solid and warm. My wife and I cannot stress enough how happy we are with Toyota and our service at Pat Lobb's.

I've just had some follow-up service performed on my truck that I declined a couple months ago. I've got to tell you, the minute I met Charles Hart, I knew he was just the right guy to be my Service Counselor. I was able to give him a quick call to schedule an appointment in a matter of minutes. He doesn't only service his customers, he KNOWS them. He remembered exactly who I was from 2 months ago; my vehicle, and the remaining work it needed. Obviously the computer database helps, but it doesn't replace the personal touch Charles has and the time he takes to get to know you. I know without a doubt, that my Tundra is in GOOD HANDS when working with Charles. He's professional, friendly, and a straight-shooter when it comes to giving you the news about your vehicle, and the repair cost. As a customer, I appreciate that so much. Charles makes you feel comfortable and assured that your vehicle will be serviced right the first time. I recommend Charles as your Service Counselor, and gain a friend in the process.

Took my car in because rodents ate up the wiring. Insurance totaled the vehicle. We received truly outstanding service from all of Pat Lobb's service and sales personnel. These folks are really good & I recommend them highly if you're in the market or need servicing. However, I do want to warn those who do not yet know. Auto manufacturers switched from a petroleum based sheathing on their wiring to a soy &/or peanut oil based sheathing and the rodents are just eating up cars across the country. We need to join the class action suits that are in progress and put pressure on the auto makers to stop. The rodents totaled my 2014 Corolla that I had just paid off and expected to last me for some time to come. Now I'm back in debt and Toyota doesn't care (nor does any other Mfg.) because it saves them millions not to use petroleum based products.

I drove from downtown Dallas because I wanted to inquire about a used Jeep Wrangler. I inquired by email and two different people contacted me withing 30 minutes. Both were very professional and polite. That...is where it stopped. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Brad. He could not be less interested in providing any type of customer service. He was by far more interested in selling me the extended warranty than providing me with any of the facts pertaining to the history of the car. When I became frustrated and told him that I would never buy a car from him, he then stood up and told me to get the F**k out of his dealership. I talked to his boss and the General Manager. Both apologized but, didn't seem too interested. Beware of a place like this. I ended up buying a Jeep from a dealership where they treat the customer with respect.

Excellent service and great communication! I felt well taken care of by knowledgeable service advisor Johnny Nickel. I was able to leave in a quick and timely manner and still have all my concerns addressed. I will definitely continue to use him for work on my Corolla in the future.
