They have the best service department that I have ever dealt with. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced through them. They took great care of me and I had the best experience ever. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care. Tim was the guy that helped me and he was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place is a joke . They lied about fixing things after car was purchased. Shawn is just trying to make a sale does not stand by his word . Once you give them the money don't expect anything else. They do not honor their word!!! Had a scheduled service appt. Shawn said make a list and they will get it all done no problem. Car was there 2 days only one minor issue was taken car of , had to take it to another dealership to get work done . I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase your vehicle.Your money is good everywhere and there are still honest people, just not at all star Chrysler Dodge Jeep on St. Charles rock Road.

Best experience ever with this dealership. I was a 1st time buyer and been turn down a lot at other dealerships. Sean gracey and pat casey help me out and you can tell they figure out things to have a great deal. Loving my new dodge dart. Patients is the key for getting a great deal and nice car. Worth the wait. Would definitely buy another car with them and refer this dealership to families and friends.

A very enjoyable experience in the service department. My service specialist Richard greeted me with a pleasant and positive attitude which made my way time that much more enjoyable. While I waited I met with Mindy a sales representative who was very knowledgeable about all the sales incentives that were currently going on. I enjoy going to Allstar Dodge where most people hate going to the dealership for any type of services. With good people like Richard and Mindy I will always come back here keep up the good work guys.

They are very friendly and helpful but my only problem with them is they sold the car that I had already originally signed off on. I was going to pick the car up the next day with the check and I was informed my car had been sold. When to my understanding it should have been under buyers agreement.
