Frank Leta has been serving the automotive needs for the people of St. Louis for over 30 years. He was the original Honda dealer in the entire midwest when he opened Frank Leta Honda in 1971. After being rear ended for a third time in two years we decided to trade in our Chevy Malibu. My husband and I came into Frank Leta assuming we were just looking for an SUV. Byron Wilson greeted us and was wonderful from the very beginning! Very personable and funny. He sat with us and explained the process from start to finish. He was patient and didn’t push us to buy. He understood our situation and gave us an option. Even though the process was lengthy as I expected from a dealership, glad to say we left with 16 Doge Journey! Our kids love it and so do we. I took my best friend here and helped him get a car .he had no credit score because he has never had anything to get credit from. Mines isn't the greatest because I just bought my first car last year. However they still got him approved. It was a little higher than our aim but just because of our credit, but it was exactly the car he wanted. He can refinance when he needs to lower the payments so in reality it was an amazing experience. Cody was our salesman and he was completely honest and upfront about everything. He listened. And worked with us. Our manager Ryan was just as awesome. He was very courteous and kept touching base with us as I got my insurance together for him. Our finance manager was Brendan and he was as amazing as the rest. He sat with my friend and explained everything to him in detail and broke everything down so he knew exactly what he was getting and for what price. They all were very professional and positive. It wasn't a dime down but it was cheaper than most. All in all I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to get on their feet.

Came in to Frank Leta after being let down from another dealer. My husband and I met with (Roger the Great) a week ago and we were hooked. Unfortunately we left with nothing accomplished. But, here's why Roger is great, he called us yesterday and said hey I'm going to get you the car you want. This great guy was off work today but out of genuine heart and great customer service had left all of our information with (Justin the Magnificent) and it was all the way up from then. Great team there!! From the receptionist to the finance team! Thank you Justin for picking up where Roger left off and with such professionalism and kindness. Y'all my family now❤

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Absolutely  the worst car lot I have ever stepped foot on. I called about 3 cars I was interested in and the lady told me to just come in because they have all their used cars on this lot. Well when i get there, there is a massive amount of people just waiting around in the lobby. You'd be lucky to get a chair. So when i finally got to talk to a salesman he tells me they don't have any of the cars i talked about on that lot. They just try to get you into the door so they can pressure sale you. Massive waste of my time and I will never step another foot onto a Frank Leta lot

I recently went into Frank Leta after hearing the dime down/credit amnesty/"Do you make $350/week or more?!" commercials on the radio. My credit is not great, but steadily improving. I went in with their 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer in mind and wasn't going to settle on anything else. For trade, I brought in my 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ, which as far as I knew, was worth scrap with all the hail damage, brake damage, and extremely high mileage, however I was pre-approved and they bought my car for $800. 

 I had Tony Mai as a sales rep. He was a sweet guy and offered his knowledge of nearby quick lending options when I needed a little more down. Thanks Tony!
