Came in with a bank draft check, wanted to buy a particular car but the employees said they had never seen one and they weren't authorized to handle it. They told me to come back the next morning when the owner was in. Car was not on the lot, owner told me it was being test driven and to wait and see if the customer could pay. Waited an hour and a half only to be told that the other customer is trying to get a cashier's check, and put a down payment on it (for a test drive?) so it's sold. Everyone there says they weren't there yesterday and didn't know anything about me coming in. Friendly staff but completely incompetent.
