I shop at this location often and it is actually always pretty much well stocked and the clothes are fashion foward.  There are a couple of sales associates that have been there a long time and are pretty knowledgeable and  helpful.  However, there is much to be said about other sales staff.   In all the years I have been going to this store I have never,  not once had a sales associate help me with anything in the fitting room (let alone bring me my size jeans in all models like in undercover boss).  The associates aren't rude they are just not helpful.  They don't go out of their way to help as a matter of fact they seem annoyed when you ask to have a fitting room opened or ask if they have your size.   They really need to work on their customer service.  I also, like to mention that it doesn't matter if there are 2 people in line or 10 it always takes a ridiculous amount of time to check out.  
When you read the other reviews they seem to be added by family members and/or their own staff.
I continue to shop here because of the clothes and their sales are pretty good.

Over all a great experience in the store but recently the manager Gretchel was very rude and does not know how to deal with costumers. She called another worker to scream at her in front of the costumers.

A nice place to buy work and nice causal to fancy going out clothes.  The only thing is they do alot more sales!!

I love this store. This particular NY&C seems to carry more of a selection than others. The staff is friendly and always helpful when I'm able to stop by for a visit.
