I feel very disappointed with the way Cris, the manager treated us. He is very disrespectful.
We went to buy 2 bikes. The sale associate was super friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He really helped us to select the product. 
So when we were gonna pay we asked to see if there was any discount or special and the manager answered in a very bad attitude and embarrassed us in front of everybody. There are nicely ways to say no.  His attitude is unacceptable. 
However, we bought the 2 bikes. And they promised he would build one of them to pick it up on Monday but they failed. My husband went and wasn’t ready. They told him to wait, after an hour, they brought the bike, we got home to try it and unfortunately wasn’t build correctly. We didn’t want to take it back even when we bought the guaranteed to not have to deal with the manager. Very sad and disappointed. Customers should be treating with respect. We should have the right to feel confortable to take it for repair.

Horrible experience. Sad that Dicks thinks that anyone who likes guns and is pro 2nd amendment, is a criminal. Last time i will ever buy anything from dicks. I bought my first shotgun from dicks and wish i never had. Don't spend a dollar in this company. They are quick to judge a person and just jump on the liberal bandwagon. Unconstitutional. Shop anywhere but Dick's

Dismal customer service. Employees were preoccupied with gossiping with one another and showing no interest of helping a customer. Even when asked for help, the response was "Is that your mess?" We were trying on shoes and had some shoe boxes on the floor. Instead if helping us and answering our questions, the employee simply made sure we didn't have unnecessary shoe boxes on the floor and moved on to his next task, to gossip with another employee. The employees saw that we were having trouble locating items in the store and no one asked if we needed help. Sad to say that this is yet another store that lives up to the Miami hospitality, or lack of. Good customer service does not exist here at all.

I loved that you could find anything related to sports, there is even a plase where you can by shoes and metal detectors.
