Fantastic place to get a pair of high quality running shoes. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to spend time to make sure that I left with a pair of sneakers that were comfortable and exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Go Run Miami for a novice runner or a seasoned athlete. Excellent service!

Awesome, the staff is Incredibly knowledgeable. They will asses your running style and get you fitted. Ask for Ethan, he was so helpful. He stayed with my boyfriend and I for over 2 hours helping us with different shoes, information, advice on everything from watched down to socks. I could not have been more impressed with a store. Honestly the best experience, they just gained a customer for life.

The staff was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable! I didn't know anything about running or what type of shoes to get, but they really took the time to help me find a shoe that works best (I think I was there for at least 2 hours). Because of how friendly they were, I also learned a lot about running and marathons, which was helpful in it's own right. If you need anything related to running, go here!!

Customer service was out of this world! I went when the power was off and still got a great experience. Rep helped me with 5-6 different shoes and was extremely patient.

My background: * Boys scout wannabe * Girls scouts #1 fan ( cookies are amazing ) * Frozen Yogurt eating Champion at both " Menchies" and "Sweet Frogs" All kidding aside I had a great experience in this store, the staff was very friendly and kind, full of knowledge on many different brands even on those that they did not carry. They offered to record me running and pointed out some interesting things that facilitated choosing the proper style of shoe. Im not from the area and they took their time to inform me on different events and all that good stuff. In case you are still wondering what kind of runner I am well here it is. I hate running therefore I need shoes that fit properly and help me want to keep running. I run 5 to 6 days a week distance from a 2 mile warm up to 8+ miles depends if I get lost. Great Shop, great costumer service!
