First, I got to say I'm really glad there's a forever 21 in the Kendall area and not to far from my parent's place (especially when we don't want to make that extra trip to Dolphin Mall or something). But because it's located in Town & Country, driving/parking around here can get a little crazy. 

Second, F21 RED is like your typical Forever store (with all the affordable and inexpensive items) but the location is maybe smaller. They still have a men's section, girl's section, and miscellaneous home decor/houseware stuff. The women's clothing, however, seemed to be a lot of crop tops and bodycon which isn't my taste. Customer service is ok.

Very pleased to know that they decided to have a Forever 21 in the Kendal location. Find the store very organized and easy to shop. Cashiers are very clear to the stores policy , every time I come in they repeat the same policy plenty of times ( don't know how people still have exchange issues) fitting room attendant ADA is very nice and polite. Would be coming here again

The store manager Vanessa is extremely rude and aloof. My family and I had a bad store visit at this location several months ago. Their fitting room attendant at the time had no manners and bitter. We voiced our experience to the DM and let me just say what a waste of time. A giftcard for a trivial amount does NOT excuse your rude staff's behavior especially when your customer spends a significant amount $ online and at your stores. We won't be shopping at any of your locations.

The customer service was horrible. There was this one lady that was bitter and had a rude attitude. Go somewhere else where people really want you to buy clothes. Nasty lady. But the style there was nice.
