The service is exceptional. Everyone greeted me when I walked in. Good start! I work in the luxury service industry and Shawn Gibbs assisted me with a very high level of service. I went in for pants and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient and courteous. I learned later she was the store manager and I thanked her for her incredible service. As a manager myself I can appreciate what she did for me and I walked out knowing she sets a good example for the rest of her team. I will be back in the near future.

Have you ever met Shawn Gibbs, the manager at Men's Warehouse in Kendall... the nicest and most professional person! If you ever need Great service with a smile, go see Shawn! For years I have been coming to this store and I have always been helped with kindness and patience.... because this store gets busy! Thank you Shawn...you are the best!

I've been shopping here for over a year and recently decided to go with them for my Wedding and crew. I've got to say, that Frank and Sean the Manager are top notch ! They are always quick to respond and very attentive. The service and atmosphere is easy and pleasant! I highly recommend them!

The gentlemen who was there helping was helpful and interactive. My issue is that even though he took the measurements, none of my measures were accurate to the T. I asked for slim fit as I am very slim but they gave me regular fit. The price i payed for the rental, should have at least gotten me that. Definitely won't rent with them anymore as this isnt the first time.
