I went to the Sprint store to have my phone checked out because none of my Bluetooth worked. The representative reset the phone to see if that would work, well it didn't!! This is the worst experience that I have with a phone ever!! I will not purchase another phone with Sprint ever!! If I can get out of this phone it will be a God sense!!! Actually I like to leave Sprint alone and go to At&t where they will solve your problem in no time!! I didn't even receive any instructions to work this stupid phone!! I will not recommend no one to Sprint ever!! Most of all the workers are lazy as hell, I for see Sprint not being open to much longer!!! Oh yeah by the way even my wireless headphones don't work!!! Sprint is really PATHETIC!!!

I was at this store last night and I have been going to this store for the past 6 months. It is the best Sprint store in my area!!! I highly recommend this store! The customer service is beyond amazing! Everyone at this store is always super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you ever have any problems or need to upgrade your phone, I highly recommend seeing Rudy. He is my phone guy. He is a straight shooter and knows his stuff. He is aways super nice! I won't go to any other store but this one because of him! And I've been to others. Rudy is also one of the reasons I'm still a Sprint customer! He should be the standard for what Sprint customer service should look like!

Ashley was very helpful, I came in for an upgrade and I ended up doing 2 she also got me 2 bundles to protect my devices. She helped me set up my phone I have never had an iPhone before and she set my iCloud up and showed me everything I needed to know about my phone. She was great and I will be recommending her to my family. She has great customer service, I had little to no information about an iPhone and she made sure I learned before I left the store 😊😊
