The Allison Ables team made our first time home buying experience a breeze. Jon was amazing from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. We felt we had his complete attention at all times and he always worked above and beyond our expectations. Marilyn did lots of things behind the scenes to make the process easy. They also have a fantastic mortgage broker (Oliver) and home insurance broker (Nick) in the same building - everything was a one-stop shop! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY recommended!

Allison was very knowledgeable, informative and she listened to our needs while searching for our home. Allison even expanded her expertise outside of her general area and came to Jacksonville to help us. We had negative experience with a previous realtor but Allison changed all of that. Her experience in real estate truly helped us find our home. She stayed in contact throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer our growing list of questions. Additionally, Allison continued to stay involved in the process even when her part was essentially over. She provided us lists of what to do and what not do during the review process. Anytime we had questions, she answered them quickly and with an abundant amount of information so that we could make the best decision possible. Overall, Allison and her team are the absolute best in the business. She did not try to sell us a home that was way over budget just to make money. She sold us the house that fit us perfectly and would accommodate our growing family. If ever I were to purchase another home, I would hands down, no questions asked have Allison as our realtor again.

Allison Ables Real Estate provided us with an amazing experience selling our home. They were with us during every step of the way from the early stages when we were considering selling, through the preparation and listing, and finally with the contract and closing. Allison Ables has a dedicated and experienced team with experts at every step of the process! We would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell their home. Thanks!

The staff at Allison Ables has been fantastic! Being a remote property owner, they have taken away my anxiety in managing the property and tenants! Especially Tainna. Thanks for all you do.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY MANAGE. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. WILL CALL, LEAVE A MESSAGE AND NOONE WILL RETURN YOUR CALLS. BAD BUSINESS My gf has rented from this company for over a year, paid her rent on time EVERY time, but when she needs something fixed at her house, they drag their feet and in general do not care about your particular situation. For example: During the summer her power bill made it up to the HIGH $400 range due to the age of the ac unit. We had THREE seperate companies come out and put on paper the ac unit was not working properly. It took them almost THREE months to come out and do anything about it. In the mean time, she could not cool the house to under 80 degrees in the peak of the florida summer. Example: She lives in a very old house is a very old part of town. Somehow rodents made their way into the crawl space under the house and into the attic FROM OUTSIDE. She called in, told allison ables how important it was to take care of this asap. A company came out on a monday and by friday still no nothing, they wont return phone calls or anything. After calling numerous times I finally got someone on the phone and she tried to say something along the line of it being her fault. RUDE,VERY RUDE. She is in no way shape or form a dirty person and did not invite these rodents into her home. The house has exposed crawl spaces all around the house and somehow they tried to say it was her problem. Thats just two examples of the many problems she has and had go on. I would never do business with these people.
