Our seasoned realtor at MM Parrish withheld information regarding one of their own properties (after multiple inquiries). I asked for (and obtained) permission to contact the listing agent directly and he too withheld information... initially. After I pressed the issue, he then told me there was a foundation problem (surprise). Took me 5 minutes to get that information. Our own realtor called me into her office and yelled at me for 22 minutes for "for not trusting her"... and then fired me as a customer. Also.. that listing agent.. was trained by our realtor.

My wife and I moved to Gainesville from the UK. As a result, our opportunities to view properties and arrange the financial details were limited. Sandra Lehrer was extremely helpful, arranging everything in the brief windows of time we had available. As a result, we found a beautiful house that we now live in. The process of buying a house in the US is very different to the UK and we had to rely on Sandra to guide us through the whole process. She was wonderful, keeping us informed and updated. She organised the signing that occurred at speed! Although some of the details were confusing, we felt that we could trust Sandra to guide us through the details. We feel that without her help and advice, the transaction could have gone very wrong. Since moving in, Sandra has continued to provide help and advice about living in Florida. We couldn't recommend Coldwell Banker M.M. Parrish and especially Sandra Lehrer highly enough.

Bonnie Cameron is a wonderful and friendly real estate professional. She takes very good care of her customers. Bonnie is knowledgeable, hard working, intelligent, friendly and professional. She has done a great job introducing many customers to Skobel Homes. Skobel Homes and I both give Bonnie Cameron an A+ rating!
