I can't imagine a better team to handle one of the most important decisions of your life. Craig Wilburn and his team treat you like you're their most important client. Craig is a great negotiator and knows how to have those difficult conversations when you might just need to let a deal go. And when you found "the one" he makes it happen. His team is fabulous. Julia Ariet was masterful and locating our home. After taking me to see many different properties when the right one came back on the market she "highly encouraged" us to be there at 8am to see it. We trusted her intuition and she was spot on... under contract that very day. Terry Manner was great at helping us get it together for closing. Made sure every "T" was crossed and every "I" was dotted. Everyone made sure we had the right assistance along the way (great leads on inspectors, bankers, etc.) They were truly a one-stop-shop. Thank you Team Dynamo! You've made it happen for our family in a way that made us feel like YOUR family. Much gratitude from the Finn Family.

Craig delivers what he says he will, he got us more for our house then we expected. It was a seamless process, he and his team handle things in a very timely manner and they stay in contact with you and send weekly updates, etc. What an amazing group of people, I know why they are named TEAMDYNAMO because they are just that! I would recommend anyone looking for someone to take care of your housing sales or purchases to contact Craig and his team. This team rocks!

Maybe they are too busy to care but I fell through the cracks. Minimal contact no updates when closings fall through. Buyer's agent was the only one at my closing and he didn't have all his money. Craig Wilburn never contacted me, and the buyers agent who is a team Dynamo agent practically ignored me. I listed with team dynamo because they promised me open houses for my listing. They never held one. 5 closing delays later and accruing daily storage bills for my stuff because I moved out before they were actually ready to close. No one called me. Still waiting to close. Will probably lose my house I was going to buy and have to rent. After complaining they did pay my storage fees. That's the least they could do.

Just wanted to drop a line that we bought our house in Oct 15 and had a great experience with Julia. We were coming from Japan and didn't have any knowledge of the area, and thru sources someone led me to Julia and she was great! She was dedicated in helping us find our first home! I can't thank her enough! I definitely will recommend her to anyone I know who would and and will be looking for real estate in this area!

Craig, Anna, Malcolm, Gordon, Randy, and the rest of Team Dynamo have it together BIG TIME.  They are sharp and responsive, and know everything there is to know about the local Gainesville market.  They truly create lifelong customers through the amazing customer experience they provide.  I would not hesitate for a second to work with this team.  It is no wonder they are among the top real estate professionals in the area!
