My daughter’s appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM and we were not able to see a provider until 11:00. They don’t respect your time at all. The phone system is also disaster, every time I called them I waited on the line at least 18-25 minutes. If you respected your own time cross this location from your list.

If I could post negative stars I would! Going on hour 3 of my siege on All Med Medical. THREE WEEKS ago I should have received a referral to a neurosurgeon so I could get the care and treatment that I so BADLY need!! After SIX phone calls to inquire as to when I would receive this went unreturned I called Anthem and reported them. Come to find out their contract with Anthem states that ALL referrals MUST happen within 72 hours OR LESS! After my complaint to Anthem they (Anthem) forwarded me a list of local neurologists and within 30 minutes I thought my troubles were over. But they won't see me until my primary care physician faxes them the referral! See where I'm going here?? I feel like I'm stuck in a revolving door with no exist strategy!! They have until 3 pm before I'm calling Anthem again, this time I'm handing tbe phone to the brain dead office manager to have her tell Anthem exactly why one of their patients with a potentially life threatening condition can't get the service he's contracted to receive!

The most unprofessional place on earth racist people dose i have ben on hold for more than 1:30 hour just to ask a question about my referral. I am going to faile a clame to the department of health in California. This is not a medical center and it should’t br exist. Also this is not the first time i have ben on hold for an hour. I have already changed my medical group you should do the same

Walkins are before 9. But even if you come at 8, they will still send you home after sitting for an hour. That is, unless you know the staff. If you speak their language, you can come in as a walking even 45 min later than everyone else and will be seen. The doctors are a joke so far and you get little to no results.

Horrible place, so unorganized, rude receptionist, they never call you back or answer the phone...I have to go down there to make an appointment because of it.
