If you have all day to wait this is the place for you. I have been here numerous times for a revision on a surgery over a year ago. Always running at least an hour behind if not longer. The front desk NEVER says anything. Most of them are not friendly. The only reason I gave a star is because the office is beautiful (of course you're paying for it) and the two doctors I've seen are very personable. Save yourself a LOT of time and go somewhere else. Oh I almost forgot- good luck calling the office if you want anything but a procedure. And not all the doctors are plastic surgeons. They scheduled me a face lift with an ENT doctor! When I realized that I complained. Like I said it's another revision or else I'd never, ever go here.

My experience with Dr. Renteria and Dr. Tavassoli was very professional and nice and by far the best Dr. Doctors in Sacramento. Now Naomi not a nice person and very unprofessional with customers. I told my friend who had the same procedure done to ask for Dr. Renteria and Naomi took it upon herself to say no to Dr. RENTERIA because he is not good with smaller patients and she would not be happy with the whole experience and had the nerve to say the same thing to me. Thos is the second time I had run in with her and I am truly tired of her rude ass. Please brung back Jessica please. My MA'S were perfect. Every one of them. To the front desk women your are excellent continue to to you with that great smile.

This review is in reference to Howe Avenue location in Sacramento, CA. First off, I scheduled an appointment for a "free consultation" prompted by a radio ad that stated, "Receive $500.00 off if you schedule your appointment BY December 31, 2017." Semantics is important and ADVERTISING is tricky. I called to be sure that "BY" didn't mean get $500.00 off if you schedule to have the service performed BEFORE December 31 OR it if meant that as long as I scheduled the appointment for ANY date before or AFTER December 31, I would receive the discount. The person who answered didn't know for sure and had someone call me who stated that as long as I paid $1,000.00 down, I would receive the discount! Even though I thought that was pretty f'd up (and FALSE ADVERTISING), I wanted to have some things done, so I went to the scheduled appointment. I arrived at 10:37a for my 10:30 appointment. There were a couple of people leaving and one person waiting. I was given paper work to complete, which took about ten minutes. Several more people with appointments arrived after me. After about 30 minutes, the lady who had been waiting before I arrived, was called in. It was apparent that she was actually having a procedure, not a consultation (she'd brought a change of clothes, and her husband, who'd accompanied her, was told where he could wait.) Thirty minutes later (a full hour at that point) I was still waiting. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She stated that the doctor was 45 minutes behind schedule! Apparently, there was NO ONE ELSE to do consultations! I didn't have a problem with the actual doctor doing the consult (better, IMO), but I DID have a problem with her expecting me to wait until she could fit me in! This ish isn't cheap and MY time is just as valuable as hers! I will go to an office that RESPECTS that.

OMG!! Best decision I ever made for myself. My doctor, Dr. Renteria was AMAZING!! He gave his opinions as to what was best to do for my body type, he was extremely knowledgeable and informative. The best part, he did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and feeling confident in my decisions and the process in the O.R. and in the pre-op rooms. I got a call the night of my surgeries checking in on me and made sure I was doing well. The staff was wonderful as well, attending to my every need and concern. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family.

I've had approximately 2 consultations and they were not able to accommodate what type of service I needed. I think certain commercials are false advertisements. Especially the one pertaining to the stomach area. The last visit, she referred me to another plastic surgeon! Not good....I would Not recommend Sonobello
