I was very pleased with my experience. I went in for my Establishment of Care visit with Dr. Ward and she was very warm and thoughtful in addressing all of my concerns, which was refreshing. I got an x-ray, physical therapy, and sleep therapy appointment set up AND I finally was able to get my human Rabies pre-exposure vaccine (I work in a veterinary clinic), which has been giving me an impressive run around for a few years now. I was very pleased with how quick and organic the staff was!

I was treated like chopped liver. As per the usual. In and out, dank, dark place that's very small and cramped. The layout is like a tunnel/ maze. I had no idea where I was supposed to go, and no one was friendly or welcoming or helpful. It's like walking into a zombie meat factory. Everyone looks like their a dying patient or they're staff, who stares at you with an impatient and condescending look on their face, like what are you still doing here? My doctor didn't even say, OK we're all done or goodbye, she just got up and left. It was the single most uncomfortable and awkward experience of my life. I already hate going to the doctors, thanks for reinforcing my already negative perception of doctors and hospitals. I can probably get more done by researching my health issues online than wasting my time and money going to a doctor who's going to do and say everything I thought they were going to do and say. But I guess hospitals aren't interested in doing any preventative treatment, because how else would they make money off of serious illnesses if people didn't get them in the first place.

The nurses here are second to none. Dr. Kim is awesome, first Dr to actually help me get my asthma under control. Thank you Lord for using Dr Kim to help me breathe.

They break patients bill of rights all the time. And the lab can't find a vein if it slapped them in the face.
