Dr. Ganter is a Pediatrician out of Point West. She tried to take my daughter by threatening me with CPS action because we didn't want to hospitalize our baby girl. After three days and two nights in the hospital the tests all came back clear. There was nothing at all wrong with my daughter just like I tried to explain to Dr. Ganter and the other doctors at the hospital. I was forced to watch as they made my baby girl cry in pain over and over through forced medical tests under the threat of CPS action from Dr. Ganter that showed what I knew all along. I felt Dr. Ganter took away my right as a parent to protect my child and decide what was best for her. If you love and value your child and wish to keep them I recommend a different doctor.

Called to schedule an urgent care appointment. Had to be on the phone for 15 min before talking to an agent over the phone. Then she wanted me to be on hold again to speak with a nurse to see what would be the next level of care for me. On hold for 10 minute now and still waiting.. again, I needed some "urgent" help. This place is a piece of trash.

Pharmacy was so understaffed. Once I checked in to pick up my prescription, I was told that it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. An hour went by while they continued getting busier and I never got called. I couldn't wait any longer, so I left and picked up at Walgreens instead.

This place has terrible customer service. Especially at Member Services Center. Roxana Eibeck, she works at the front desk. She seemed nice at first but if you ask her questions about transferring all of your information and services to here (which includes membership)she is not helpful and even starts to become rude. She said that I didn't specifically state membership when I said I wanted to transfer EVERYTHING. She even started to roll her eyes and she spoke to me as if I was incompetent. I would not recommend coming to this facility.
