This office is ridiculous. And that is putting it mildly. Where to start! Ok front office staff, Theres one especially that does not speak very good English. She has a very strong accent and hard to understand. When I called, I asked to speak with someone else, who could better understand me, and she hung up on me. So I call back, it was 4:45pm On a friday, and the same woman answers and put me on hold until 5:05pm and then hangs up. And when i call back the office is closed, and its a friday. i was so angry, that was very rude and unprofessional!  I also have been waiting on 2 referrals for months! And that is not an exageration. 
Also, the Dr gives me a Rx for pain medication, which I take to the pharmacy, and they say my insurance wont pay for it. So I call insurance, and they say, yes they will pay for it, but they need a paper signed from the dr. After a month of waiting, and calling daily, them saying their fax machine not working, etc etc, the insurance never got the fax. What is wrong with this. I just graduated from Medical Assisting school, and it is embarassing that there are medical assistants in this office. I dont even think they are trained they are mostly Russian girls with accents. This is honestly the worst office I have ever been to. I would never refer anyone to this office, and as soon as my health care plan is changed!
