The guy was so rude! He talked down to me and has horrible customer service. He didn't listen to my questions and wanted to make a reservation. He continued to be rude so I hung up. He called me straight back and called me a rude bastard. 

Good going guy. Hope your business fails.

I am giving them a 5-star rating. I rented a 15-passenger van from them in both 2015 and again in 2016. It was clean, road worthy, and got all 14+ Marine Corps veterans to and from our event over 5 hours each way. In 2015 we returned in a snow storm and the van served us very well. 

The cost of rental was perfect. Very budget friendly and NOBODY could beat them in the Lehigh Valley, PA. We called around. We compared van rental *AND* mileage fees. Almost New beat every single other rental place.

I assure you, we will be using them again in 2017. 

If you are looking for a limousine type service and quality, maybe these aren't your guys. If you are looking for cost-conscious rentals, this is for you.

Rude and obnoxious, the owner will talk down to you, won't go over any damage with vehicle prior to renting and don't dare ask a question, he will get upset for you asking a question.

This company truly define dispicable. Not only are the representives rude but they are crooks as well. It truly is a lot full of trashy cars all of their rentals have issues. Either check engine lights on or an exhaust issue they even showed me a car with a "small tire issue nothing to worry about" I can not believe they are in business but I guess it truly is all about who you know not what you know I simply say NO
