Very friendly staff,  rented a beautiful 2017 vehicle for a fair weekly price. The car was in perfect condition, any questions I had the staff always returned my calls back within a hour, and unlimited miles.... huge help

Very pleasant customer service, they give you a reliable up to date car that’s safe with unlimited miles, just ask.Their insurance is very good. Even though I have my own it’s better to get theirs. Full coverage is the way to go. You don’t have to pay a deductible if there was an accident. They also take a debit card with work info and a utility bill. With a freeze on you card up to a certain amount. So no worries they are the people to rent a car from. I also book it online a week before to guarantee a car. If you walk in that same day they might be short of rentals. Thanks so much

The customer reps are too busy trying to handle three different clients at one time and really not understanding their own systems do not inform you of all of the documentation that you need to bring to make the transition as smooth as possible

Superlative Service ! They came and picked hours before I had to pick up and did not charge me extra. They also worked it out so that I had to pay for 3 days instead of 4. The van was like new and very clean. All the employees I came in contact with were very courteous, helpful and friendly.
