The service here is great! Clean, friendly, organized environment. The staff here are always ready to help you no matter what the issue. The staff here take pride in their work and in the care of your vehicle. They ensure that your driver seat and floor mat are always covered. As your vehicle is taken into service you can relax in their lounge which offers a children's section, television, free WiFi, hot and cold beverage machines, magazines, and plenty of seating. There is also an area where you can buy Toyota brand products to customize your car as well as the showroom in the front.

Always nice there. Had two mechanics work on my car so I wouldn't be there for 6 hours. Really considerate.

Great location, clean and very nice environment. Employees welcome you and make you feel relaxed and taken care of. I like how fast it was scheduling an appointment online. I also liked how fast they took my car in. But I hated the wait time (2:45 hours) for maintenance and inspection. The post service explanation were very brief and I had to ask questions that should have been explained such as multi point check, next service time, etc. I will definitely come back again to this convenient location and nice people. Reason why I gave 4 stars is for wait time, and a slight tear in my leather steering wheel that stresses me out every time I touch it.

There are thousands of Toyota Dealerships out there. I'd recommend any other one of them before you go to this excuse of a dealership. Where do I begin? I didn't purchase a Camry from the Bennett dealership, I purchased a Maserati Spyder. Now I'm not looking for any special treatment, but was looking to be treated like a human being. From this dealership I was sold a car that had a tampered odometer, And a blown out clutch. Luckily my connections informed me that something was wrong with the vehicle. This dealership was aware of the issues this car has however prayed that I did not find out. In that regard, they sold it to the WRONG person. There was a lot of he-said-she-said throughout the process, I dealt with being hung up on several times, received the run around for several days from the sales manager and had to be constantly challenged by the sales manager as if I have no idea what I'm talking about . This vehicle had a warranty. The proper way to handle this would have been to tow it back immediately and diagnose it without question. eventually the sales manager stopped dealing with me all together and gave me to his assistant to handle, who which did a phenomenal job rectifying the situation to the best of his ability. If you've ever purchased a car before, you're probably aware that some car dealerships can be "sneaky." Soon, long gone will those days be simply because we have voices and are able to voice our opinion on any matter of social media-just like in this instance. I will not refer, nor purchase a single car from this dealership ever again.

I've always taken my Corolla here but after this I will not be returning to Bennett for service. I brought my car in for the yearly inspection and was told I needed a wheel alignment, my headlights didn't line up and a bunch of other things they where recommending I get done for a total bill of over 600$, I refused a few things that weren't necessary for the inspection and got it down under 400$ well the work was done and I'm on my way to work on the interstate and my car's pulling Jared to the rigjt this should not be because they just charged me 90$ for a wheel alignment!! Thus brings into question what else didn't they do? Did they actually align my headlights? Did they really rotate my tires? I took my car to the dealer for service and was willing to pay extra for the peace of mind that the job got done. Think I'm better off with Joe blow done the street at least I know what I'm getting there.
