The desk staff was wonderful, greeted us promptly and after noting I was a Fast Break member, upgraded us to a very nice vehicle. Although 'ready to rent' , we noticed the vehicle had not been cleaned by the night crew. Lucky for this Budget office, staff member, Maggie, was wonderful about offering to take care of it immediately. When we also noted a "low air" tire light on, she and the other gentleman on that crew did everything possible to fix it. In the end, it probably was just a sensor issue, but the point is that she went way beyond to help us. She is an asset to this Budget office! However, since she'd already had 3 other complaints from renters about dirty vehicles that day, I think the night crew needs better supervision. The Night Crew is the ONLY reason this was not a 5-star review.

I wanted to thank the agent at Budget for staying late (past 12:30am due to storm delays) and getting us hooked up. Thank you! Friendly and in-and out in no time with a cheap upgrade to a 4 runner. Sweet!.

Now, that being said, I'm not sure I will EVER do a pre-paid rental with Budget (or the others) again. A $71 car rental turned into a $260 rental that could've been even more. Due to missing a connection flight (bad weather) I had the choice of a $150 no show fee or a $150 cancellation fee. Gee thanks. I wound up being able to do the original reservation date (although 8 hours later) but since changes were made, I lost my original $13/day rate and wound up with $92 per day!! Oh and if you don't fill up the tank completely, the gas showed was an affordable $9.50 per gallon! No thanks. You won't get my credit card again until I show up at the counter.

BUDGET CAR RENTAL ABE AIRPORT is the Worst experience ever! The woman who answered the phone sounded like she had marbles in her mouth and I could barely understand her so I borrowed a neighbors car and saved ..LOL

Currently waiting at the counter on christmas day for my rental because none are readily available.  Not really sure what the point of a reservation is if the customer is made to wait.   Jackie the service associate is sitting here playing on her phone rather than completing the reservation. Just flew 1200 miles to see my family for Christmas and instead of being on my way to see them i am here waiting going on 20 minutes.  Pretty sure this could have all been prevented if someone would have just done they're job.  Theses really no excuse for such terrible service.
